Safe assembly

Integrated polarization (SAURO patent)

The polarization system integrated in the insulating body designed and patented by SAURO arises from the need to perform with maximum safety:
(1) PCB assembly of terminal blocks and connectors without the possibility of positioning or orientation error
(2) male connection with female, avoiding the use of polarization keys. Subsequently no intervention by the operator is required and the absence of removable parts (coding keys) meets the safety requirements of BS OHSAS 18001: 2007; in fact, during the PCB maintenance phases, there is no possibility of losing the coding.

Pitch Identification

(3)To facilitate pitch identification, the products with imperial pitches (0.15in, 0.2in, 0.3in, etc.) visually differ from the corresponding products with metric pitches (3.5mm, 5mm, 7.5mm, etc.) by the presence of a series of recognition holes on the insulating body.

Identification of the first pole in connectors

(4)To facilitate the operator in the locating of correct cabling, an identifier of the first pole has been added to the insulating housing.
